



Cape Naturaliste

Cape Naturaliste is a stunning headland in Southwest Western Australia, marking the northern end of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge, famous for its historic lighthouse, spectacular ocean views, whale watching (Sept-Dec), and accessible coastal walks, including parts of the Cape to Cape Track.


It offers beautiful scenery where Geographe Bay meets the Indian Ocean, blending natural beauty with maritime history and outdoor activities.

The lighthouse and walking trails are easily accessible by car, with parking available.


Sugarloaf Rock

Sugarloaf Rock is a gigantic granite rock that emerges from the Indian Ocean extremely close to the mainland. The rock is situated within a designated nature reserve in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park just off Cape Naturaliste near Dunsborough.

As you approach Sugarloaf Rock you will instantly see why this towering, sea-sculptured rock is one of the most photographed coastal landforms in the region.

With its ocean side often battered by treacherous seas, and the rock separated from the coast by a narrow channel of wild water, this is an incredible seascape – best viewed from the elevated lookout.

Margaret River

Margaret River is a large town in the South West of Western Australia, located in the valley of the Margaret River, 277 kilometres (172 mi) south of Perth, the state capital. Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.


The surrounding area is the Margaret River wine region and is known for its wine production and tourism, attracting an estimated 500,000 visitors annually.

Dunsborough

Dunsborough is a popular, relaxed coastal town in Western Australia’s Margaret River region, known for its calm, sheltered beaches on Geographe Bay, stunning scenery, surf breaks, and access to wineries and natural attractions like Cape Naturaliste.



It offers a blend of outdoor activities (swimming, whale watching, hiking the Cape to Cape Track) and sophisticated amenities (boutiques, cafes, restaurants), making it a prime spot for holidays blending nature and luxury, located about three hours south of Perth.
